The little fingers that come up and push the paper all the way out after printing is done, come out too early before the paper is all the way out and jam the paper. Does anyone know why it does this and how I can fix it?

Paper jam being pulled out the front instead of the back.
The roller shaft has been turned out of sync with the encoder. Tough job to re-set the P/U mech. Old unit, replace.
