HP NetRAID Integrated Adapter "lost" after failed flash

While attempting to flash the firmware for an integrated NetRAID controller on an HP LH3, there was an error -"unable to read drive a:" Now when I try to flash the firmware I just get an error that says "No adapter is installed."

Well I found the answer somewhere else, so I'll share.

Boot from a floppy and then insert the diskette with the firmware files on it. Type mflash /n The /n overwrites the corrupted firmware.
