HP LJ 4100 duplexer is loud.

We have an HP Laserjet 4100 with a duplexer installed. We just started using the duplexer and it works fine, but it makes an awful noise as the paper goes through. Loud enough that it is very annoying when working in the same room. Is this normal?

you need to get a bigger model for quiet duplexing
