Does anyone know why the software for this printer takes so long to get going? It takes about twenty seconds to get even a single page out of Word 6.0. I've reinstalled the software. The printer is on the USB port. Any suggestions of setup modifications that work?? Thanx

I have the same printer and the same 'problem'. It works even slower on parrallel. I think it's just the driver for the printer and we're stuck with it.
