HP deskjet 940c not mapping on Win98 client

We are using Metaframe XP on a Windows 2000 box - we have a user that dials into a citrix server, he uses a windows 98 laptop - the problem is that its not pulling through his local printer which is an HP deskjet 940c - 2K and XP clients see it fine.

This is driving me mad.

Check the eventviewer for the EXACT drivername, the 98 clients use. A "HP DeskJet 940C" is something different then a "HP Deskjet 940C".
If you have more of these problems, download Project Compatibility, which scans the eventlogs for you, and gives (most of) the mappings you need.

Is it case sensitive or just the actual spacing, wording inc symbols that has to match?

Yes, it's extremely case sensitive. Just look at the example i gave, and try to find the difference.
