Turn PC Off
Disconnect usb cable from back of PC
Turn PC on
Enter BIOS...confirm onboard USB is enabled
Reboot
Once you have booted and are at the desktop, plug USB cable back into PC
It 'should' say New Device Found, or even identify it
Browse to the CD for the software and select the USB option
Follow the directions henceforth.
Cheers!
