Machine just turned off. When power button is pushed, green light on front panel blinks with the same cadience as the green light on the mobo.

I don't think the PSU fried, but not sure.

Any help appreciated.

Swap out the PSU or use a PSU tester to check if all the power lines are functioning.

These are custom PSU's. When you say the front panel green light blinks, do you mean it comes on then goes off as you release the power button? I take it you cannot power the PC back on.

When there is no beep code, usually the problem is the PSU when the PC won't power on. I've worked on this model many times, and the PSU was the most common failure.
