HOWTO obtain DHCP option 135 on a MS Client

I need to distribute Domain suffix search order via DHCP. As far as I know, this setting is not distributed by default. According to MS, you need to create your own API for the client to pull specifically the option you want. Since I'm not really into programming - except for some scripting - I'm pretty much lost here. Does anybody know a way around this issue or does anybody happen to have a solution to this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
