hows do do I distribute digital certifiates

Hi all I have downloaded a digital certificate, that is freely distributable within our school network (server 2000 with XP stations). How do I send this to all the computers on our network so that the users can access the site? Thanks all :)

Some lead, some follow....I just Hope!
