How you can call a frameset with a
specified frame loaded. Can anyone help me, please?

As an example, I want to load framesetA.html but with newinnerframe.html
loaded in rightFrame instead of oldinnerframe.html as specified in the
frameset.

in which frame is the link to call the new frameset?

You specify the frame name in the main frame as something like _right then you can make a call to open the framesetA.html into _right.
