I'm a new user of Flash so I apologise if this is an elementary problem.

I wish to use the shape tween feature to morph between two images i have imported into the workspace. However, during the tween sequence the 1st image just disappears and the new image simply appears when the last frame is reached. I think this is because the file format of the images is incompatible with the shape tween function (I imported standard GIF images) as I have no problem shape tweening between drawings made in Flash.

Is there anything I can do to solve this, like convert to new file format before importing, or use some feature of FLash itself? Or am I just doing something wrong?!
Many Thanks - Bill

What you do is when you import your pics press Ctrl + B to simplify the pictures then you can do a Shape Tween like you normaly do
