How to view single pages on pasteboard?

Hi Forum

Apologies if this is a no-brainer; I've searched, honest.

I'd like to work on multiple page documents in IDCS3 and view them horizontally across the pasteboard. Is this possible?

Hi,
I have imported a document from an older version (2) of Indesign into CS2.
The text has an opaque background(pink), that I can't seem
to get rid of.
I have created new text and that works fine, but I would not like to retype the whole document.

Would anyone have any idea's for the resolution of this probem?
