How to view page breaks in Word XP

I have a user who wants to know how to view page breaks in Word 2002 using the Normal View..I told her she can view the different pages using the Print Layout, however she won't budge and won't stop bugging me.

all she wants is the dotted line that is supposed to appear in at the bottom of the page to identify it as the end of the page.

What can i do to fix this?

The Show/Hide toolbar button toggles control codes.
