How to use the SpeedScreenLatency with Virtual Desktop?

Users here use the Virtual Desktop. But on some sites there are problems with text latency (exemple: writing in Outlook).

I set the speedscreenlatency to work with Outlook, but as the users don't launch directly Outlook but the Virtual Desktop, it doesn't seem to work.

Hence how can I set this speedscreen latency for virtual desktop?
