How to upgrade DB2 1

I am running DB2 7.2 and would like to goto 8.0. However, I am running AIX 4.3.X with TSM 4.X.

What should I upgrade first? DB2, TSM or AIX?

If DB2, what is the ugprade procedure for it? I have been looking for migration guides, but no luck.

VERY good post. seems most of the work should be completed by the DBA instead of the SA.
