How to Unload a form from it's Load Event? 1

You don't ... because it isn't loaded yet and won't be until the Form_Load completes.
That said, take the code that's doing the "Unload Me" and move it to the Form_Activate event. By the time Activate fires the form IS loaded and can be unloaded with no problem.
