How to un-encrypt files?

I have folder that was encrypted with a domain user. Now that domain user name has be deleted. How do I un-encrypt the files in windows xp?

If your talking XP EFS then sorry to say this but unless you have the key stored somewhere you can't thats kind of the point.

The Domain Administrator is the authorized recovery agent for EFS files in a Windows domain.

Many thanks for the response. I run the program but the Decrypt button is never active or enable. I'm don't know if this means it's not working or something else.
