How to turn off track changes in office xp?

My boss was just upgraded to Office XP. He was sent a document in Word that has changes being tracked on it and would like to turn that off. I told him to go to Tools/Track Changes, but we find that this option is no longer on this menu.

Does anyone know how to turn track changes off in XP/2002?
