How to turn off notification in ditribuition lists

We'd like to turn off all and any notification to users for successful or unsuccessful dirstibution list transmission. Any Ideas?

This is an Octel system. Not the Aria. I don;t have the software version in front of me at the moment. Thank you for you interest..
