How to turn off / disable "reviewing" in word 2003?

Hi there,

Somehow a user turn on this features now for every word document, it will by default opened/displayed with "reviewing". Even I turn off the reviewing toolbar, when opening word docs, it's still in the format of "reviewing"

Can someone teach me how to turn it off & disable it forever?

Isn`t there any "default" button. Configure your settings and then click the def. button and thats it!
