Hi:

I have a bunch of stored procedures on one serevr and I would like to transfer them to another server.

I tried checking but it doesn't seem like DTS can do this - are they alternatives?

Thanks,

Bianca

I would suggest that the easiest thing to do is to generate a script for them and then run the script against the new server.

Hope this helps

This is exactly what the Copy SQL Server Objects task is for. With this task you can specify your source and target SQL Servers and either transfer all objects or specify which ones you want to move. You can move tables, views, SPs, UDFs, defaults, rules and user-defined data types. --James
