Here is one for you guys,
This morning one of the techs logged into the IPO and deleted all the sales peoples' auth codes and then went on the road. How is it that we can tell who logged in at what time and did what?

Thanks

FROM THE AUDIT TRAIL, If you have an earlier config then simply open an off line config (prior to change) and send config to ipoffice this does reqire a reboot, also you can convert a bat file to a config file as well and send to ipoffice.

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

You can see this from system status. It should show you who logged in what kind of changes they made and I'm pretty sure it will show you the name of the machine they logged in from.

Log onto System Status, then click Recourses, then Control Unit Audit. It will show the last events such as logins, items changes, outcome, IP Office account, PC MAC addr, and PC IP address that did the change, and their PC longin Username.

If you have more than one tech login in to the IPO, make a user w/admin rights for each of them.
(this way you can see who did it even if they use the same PC/Server)

And if a tech quits, delete his user.

Kind regards

Gunnar
