How to submit Frontpage forms to Access sheets

Hi,everyone

I am developing our company's website,and we select frontpage as html editor and access as database.I know how to submit a form into an access sheet,but can someone tell me how to submit different forms into different access sheets respectively.For example,i have a job application page now, i'd like to submit the information in 3 forms,the first link to second and second link to the third.while the third form is submitted, the whole information will send to three sheets in access.

I would apprecaite any help
