How to store picture in database

Hi Friends,

I'm developing payroll package in which i want to store the photo of an employee against his ticket no..How do i go about it,i'm using oracle 8i and vb 6.0.Please suggest its urgent.Thanks in advance.

Store it as long binary.

Do a search in this and the VB6 forum on GetChunk
