there is a error message of AUD0000093 on the switch that keeps scrolling and i was wondering what i might need to do to get that to stop its kind of annoying when i'm trying to program a phone or program something in the switch and then i get lost because of the scrolling of that error

AUD0093 PTN associated with an IDLE VTN Removed.
Figure out what the VTN is and remove it. Then EDD and INI pbx if neccesary.

so do you just want me to copy and paste that error code into here then

remove the vtn... duh

ok sounds good i will get that code and paste it when i can get over to that pbx which will probably be tomorrow

here is the scrolling error message i get

AUD093 000007ED 00000652 0EF00663 00000001 00000000

07ED = 35 0 0 29
0652 = 28 0 0 6

Do either of those TN's exist in your PBX, before you delete, post them here. 35 0 0 29 seems to only be possible on an E1 circuit and that TN would actually be 35 29, no shelf or card designator.

TN 28 0 0 6 exists in our PBX ... how are you able to look up what TN goes with that Hex code

AUD093 000007ED 00000652 0EF00663 00000001 00000000

07ED = 35 0 0 29
0652 = 28 0 0 6

You can see the 07ED AND THE 0652 in the first two blocks.

LD 32

.conv 07ED

This will print out the TN conversion.

oh ok so how do i stop the scrolling of that error and hex code

well there is nothing on the 35 TN but on the 28 TN it is a digital phone
