one of our employee wants to get rid of the help we get while putting in the email addresses.
as there are same people name, so by mistake we send to the wrong person, once we start typing in the name, we get the list of names and then in hurry we select and send.
so he wants to find out how can we get rid of the whole thing or just one particular name,.
i found the file where all the email addresses are stored which we send, but even after deleting those couldnt get it accomplished.
so needed help.
