Is there any way to make this happen in Visual Studio? It's gotten to the point where I do not even want to use the stupid Design mode because it TOTALY messes up any formatting that I may have done.

Is there any way to disable this COMPLETELY? I mean, I don't even want the darn thing to change my capitalization and it still does that as well.

Grrrrrrr ... very VERY frustrated. I'm ready to go back to notepad. Ed (RoadRacer) Holguin

Yes you can... Open up the "options" under the tools menu.

Goto "Text Editor"
Goto "HTML/XML"
Goto "Format"

Uncheck the two auto formatting options.
