Hi Everyone

In SQL-Server we can install developer edition and play until we die. Can we do the same with Oracle? If so, can some one from the gurus here be so kind and give me some steps to follow? I am totally new to Oracle, almost know nothing, but not to SQL or RDMS.

Thanks in advance.

Almost all Oracle products (excluding ERP software) are free for developers unless you sell your product. You may install Oracle database and iDS (Internet Development Suite) and use them for learning.
Moreover, Oracle XE and JDeveloper are free at all for commercial usage. You may start from and get more details.
