All Programs / Accessories / System Tools has no entry for the System Configuration Utility. Proceeding to System Information / Tools reveals 5 more entries, but SCU is still missing. However, it can be started from Help , Pick a task, Tools (!) (and from the Run command). Can that entry be copied or moved to the System Tools menu ?
