how to spyware sweep and registry clean on 400 computers?

Hi there
I need to clean up windows XP machines on my network (a school, XP machines w/ 2k3 server)

Usually on single pc's I would run say the programs ADaware and CCleaner.

I plan to use a script that will delete profiles, clean disk then defrag

ie
delprof.exe
cleanmgr.exe
defrag c:

we use Sophos antivirus

any idead on What can be done to clean registry and remove spyware pls?

For the spyware portion of your question, I use Webroot Spy Sweeper Enterprise on about 100 computers and I am very happy with it.
