How to share folder in Wins 2003 Domain

How can I enable authenticated users in windows 2003 domain (Active Directory Service) share file and folders.

Unless you want to teach your users how to use command line syntax, they will need to be local on the box they want to create the share on...or RDP to it. Otherwise, any local user can create their own shares.

Im not saying that users must be able to create shared folders on the domain controller machine.

Im saying that I want users to be able to create share folders on their own machines when they are connected to domain.
