Between servers, or from a client to a server? For servers, you will have to have two NT4 servers with SP4 or greater, then install Routing and Remote Access Server (RRAS) on both, choosing to set them up as Routers. Then there are a lot of tricky little details involved to get them talking to each other. Why don't you go get a book or read Microsoft's online help and post any more specific questions you have when you get to them? The extremely general nature of your question about a complicated procedure is the reason why no one has responded to you on this issue.
