Hi i am a newbie to window DNS. I have no problem configure DNS for Linux but i have no idea how to start configure W2K DNS.

I already install AD on my Win2K server. Any guide or hyperlink that i can refer?

Thanks for any reply

Edward

it's the same DNS as on unix (well, almost :) ). There is no need or requirement to integrate zones with DS. If you do not like the GUI check the technet for a detailed description of dnscmd.exe.

Best in my opinion Mark Minasi's Mastering Windows Server 2000 by Sybex perhaps more than you want to rerad, but it covers the correct way to set DNS up
