How to setup DNS for domain trusts?

Hello all,

I have 2 seperate domains. Eg mydomain.com and theirdomain.com. I have setup a trust each way between the two, but now I need to configure the dns on each dns server in each domain so they can find each other. How do I do this in DNS? ie on the DNS server for mydomain.com do I add a new zone or delegation or what?

I can't find any specific doc from microsft on how to do it.

You will need to create a host file for each domain. Each server will need to be able to resolve the domain/host to an ip.
