How to set up Room to Room dialing

Hello all.

We have an option 81C at one of our hotels and room to room dialing is restricted. Which CLS would unrestrict this feature? I believe it has something to do with XLST.

If you know what each digit performs at the guest phones, you may find a free digit to preface the room extensions.

The XLST on the phone matches a list that was built in LD18
