How to set up hands-free intercom and 1

This is probably extremly newbie but I need to know:

One of my clients wants to see their CICS setup so that a person does not have to pickup the phone or hit Handsfree to answer an intercom call. The way she decribed it, the phone beeps twice in the handset, then the other station automatically activates hands free.(Hope this makes sense)

The caller needs to do VOICE CALL with Feature 66, then the extension. It will beep once in the receivers speaker and on they go.

Can this be programmed into a button?
