How to set up email alert to insert a tape

Hi folks,
I work for a place that doesn't believe in having a tape jukebox. Instead each server has one to two tape drives connected, and for the most part they've got ARCserve 9 installed.

My daily differential backups go pretty smoothe unless I have a tape error of some sort. What I'm looking to do is set up alerting for my weekend full backups. On Saturdays I I'm drive into work (yes, it sucks to be me) with the idea that a few systems will need new tapes inserted to continue their backups, but I'd really like to get email alerts for this.

I've been messing around with alerts and I'm stumped with sending myself an email when a drive is requesting that an additional tape be inserted. It's not the actual sending an email part I'm stumped on - that works fine. It's how to set up an alert for an additional tape request. Can anyone point me in the right direction for this?

go the the ARCserve Server Admin, Configuration, Alert tab and setup an alert for a specific event, such as the text string to load a new tape.
