How to set incoming call on hook answer when press any keys?

Hi Guys

Does the AVAYA CM3.1 (6408D+ Digital Phone) support on hook answer when press any keys on phones.
The customer hope when a phone rings, he can press any keys on phone to answer the call in oh hook mode

Is it possible to achieve this?

hi,

No there is no way to do that, only the speaker button can be used for it and offcourse also the line-button.
