How to set .htaccess to wait for login everytime when user browse page

.htaccess will prompt for login name and password in the first time browsing after that if I reload or reopen web page in that
directory it not wait for login but it give permit to browse suddenly until shutdown machine and the next browse it will be prompt for login again. I want it to prompt for login everytime when user browse file in that directory. How to improve it?
