How to SET feature codes?

I know I did this, but I can't remember how...

There's a way to go in like you do with **XFTEST and not just see the hex numbers associated with F9nn feature codes but change them too.

I know I knew this once because for a while **XFTEST on our CICS would show things like F904 = 11111111, F905 = 05050505, etc. What the heck was I doing? I've searched this forum and the web without success.
 
Well, there's probably no practical use for it. It's just one of those tricks you're sure you'll remember forever when you're doing it and then a couple of months later....
