How to set fax extension in Intuity Audix

Hi,

i have intuity audix system.
when i get fax to my mailbox, there is an option to send this fax to fax machine.
when im trying to enter the fax number, the system tell me that it cannot be send.
do i nedd to configure the fax extension in the system, and if so where it should be configure
