How to Set Default Folder view in Outlook 2002?

Hello,
I am using Outlook 2002 and I am trying to set a default view for all of my folders. Every folder I go into has the preview pane and fields like importance selected and I have to change each individual folder. Does anyone know how to do this? Any information would be appreciated.
