Howdy All!

Have a custom field in a query that uses a function to return a number. I Wish to convert to currency.[blue] How do I set the data type[/blue] (can't find it in my library)?

I know I can use the type conversion function [blue]CCur[/blue], however, I expect faster running of the query if I can [blue]set the data type[/blue] . . .

I don't know what version of Access you are using, but in 2007, you can set the format on the fields property page in the query.
