How to send an XML document ?

Hey Gents

I am a noob with XML and need your help please.

I have constructed my XML file (soap).

It is in perfect format. I just need to send this to a web service eg-

http://xml.company.com

I'm just looking for a easy to use program to get me started. Something easy like Insert Address here:... click send

can anyone shed some light for me

Eclipse Web Services explorer will do it for you.
