I have a form with a subform. frmClient and SubfrmOutlook. frmClient list Clients Names with their unique Client Number (Not the names of their employees or representatives). SubfrmOutlook is a table linked to outlook.

What I have is this. From frmStart the employee chooses a record, clicks a button to open frmClient. The form opens based on the Clients Name and shows all of the employees that work for that company.

How do I select the empolyees name I need to use? I've tried adding a ChkBox to the linked outlook table, however Access will not allow that.

I'm not 100% sure of what you are asking.
Are you trying to use the check box to assign employees to the customer?
Are you asking how to populate the subform with employees that work for the selected client?

You should have a field on the employee table that associates the employee to the client, the unique client ID. This should be assigned when the employee is loaded into the db. If it wasn't, you'll have to have someone back fill the data.

Sorry I wasn't that clear, I was affraid of that. Populating the subform works fine. The form opens with the companies name and the subform list all employees.

The problem is that now I need to select the employee who is slated to receive the package. Here in lies the problem. How do I say this is the employee I need and transfer that information to where it is needed?
