How to see if anyone else is viewing your email?

Hi, is there a way to see if your email are being monitored? I am an admin and I know I can monitor users, but is there a way for them to see that they are being monitored?

No.
The only thing you have to watch out for is opening a recall message, that they will see if it fails.
