how to scroll a table

if i want to have a table hold text, how can i have it scroll like the ability to scroll a layer. I want it to still be a table and not convert to layer is it even possible to scroll a layer?

you can insert an iframe in a cell. an iframe is an internal frame. however this will work only in ie5.0+ and ns6.0+. for more on iframes look at this tutorial
