I use the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard to save a graphic I want to use/share later. I open up clipboard and see the graphic and can save it as a .clp file. I can also save it as a .bmp or .jpg but the file is not recognized by MS Paint or Paint Shop Pro. When I reboot, the saved .clp file is now empty.

I used to do this in Windows 98 without any problems....

Open Paint Shop Pro after you've saved the graphic to the clipboard. Go to Edit, select Paste As New Image. The image should appear in PSP. Do a File, Save As whatever name you want.

You can also Paste it into Paint and save it. *.clp is a format unto itself.
