I am prepping a book for publication and need to save the endnotes as a separate file. I can save the endnotes and renumber them with auto renumber, but how can I save the endnote numbering in the text? I tried converting to PDF and the numbers remain, but they lose their superscripting.

The last time I did this, I used Word Perfect to do it, but my WP program doesn't "see" Word 2007 data. I tried to save it as Word 97-2003, but WP still doesn't see it. So I need to know how to do this with Word 2007.

Any ideas?

Hi,
I tested this and was able to pdf with superscripting. First I put a page break before the endnotes and then created the pdf through the print command and it worked fine. File/Print/change printer to Adobe.

HTH,

Best,
