Not sure I understand. Do you mean you want to add a button to the report preview toolbar that saves the report somehow? If so, what exactly do you want to save, and how do you want to save it?

If you can ask your question more clearly, I'm sure we'll be able to help.

When the report flash on the screen, I mean using the standard report of vfp, there is a button like print, save, next, previous, save defending on how much large the reports is. My question was in the save button is there anyway how to save in different platform of applications like export to excel, acrobat, word, etc...

I appreciate your help. as what I do also by helping others too when I'm in xbase, clipper, and c++. I do hope you won't bothered by asking any questions at this point.

professionals,

In order to save a VFP report in those other formats you will need something like xfrx, frx2wrd, or frx2any. If you do a keyword search for any of those in this forum you should get some more information on obtaining them, or search on Google for them. VFP does not come with the native ability to generate the kinds of output you are looking for from an frx file.

Professionals,

OK, now I understand what you want to do. As Slighthaze has said, you will need a third-party program to do that. I can recommend FRX2ANY, which works well.

It is no bother at all. We are all happy to do our best to answer questions. I was only trying to get you to give some more specific information.

Dear Mike and Slighthaze,

Thank's a lot for your help, I think I will evaluate the FRX2ANY. Soon, I will also contribute more on my xbase to foxpro methodology. Again Thank you.
